Terms and Conditions: Your deposit is non-refundable, except within the first week after initial booking and payment. You may ask and receive a full refund during that time. After the first week, if the event can be booked on that same day, you will receive a 50% refund of the deposited amount. If your event booking was held for any length of time and clients were turned away, you will generally not receive a refund, unless those clients decide to reconsider AND book the same date. In the event your booking did bump others while being held for you, you will not be refunded for your deposited amount. Should your event cancel (canceled wedding, event cancellation or death of one of the parties involved), you may get a full or partial refund of the same date is purchased by someone else within one month of your booking. The refund will be made within a week of the event date you pruchased. In the event your deposit is non-refundable, you may use credit in any fashion or increments you choose. For instance, you may use your credit toward photo sessions, portrait photograpy, modeling portfolio site design, or another OPEN event date. You may also transfer or sell the service (at your chosen price) to a third party, so long as they know it is a third party transaction. You may also give the services as gifts, divide the credit as you wish, or auction it. If you purchased a package with a deposit deal, the same amount you have been credited will be available to someone you transfer to. This is true of the date of your event only, and must be made at least one month prior to that date.
